Vinyasa Flow

intermediate-advanced• 90 minutes

Vinyasa Yoga is a vigorous class consisting of asana practice to strengthen the body and mind. Vinyasa means ‘connection of movement and breath’ which creates a flow of oneness and harmony of body, mind and soul. Through a continuous series of postures in the flow you are being prepared for the more challenging poses. This Vinyasa Flow is in a heated room (32º Celsius) so it can be challenging, you will learn how to breathe and to listen to and respect your own body. Be prepared to sweat, to build up stamina, focus, balance and have fun with some nice beats on the background.

Yin Yoga

all levels • 90 minutes

This class will focus on long held passive poses (3 to 5 minutes) that open and target connective tissues, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. It restores the vital chi energy to flow through the subtle channels creating a more contemplative non reactive quality of the mind. Yin Yoga will stimulate your meridians and has a positive effect on your organs, immune system, muscles and joints. You will feel deep relaxation, you will experience space in your body and inner peace in your mind.

Bikram Yoga

all levels • 90 minutes

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 classic hatha yoga postures and two breathing exercises.

In 90 minutes you work every cell in the body, systematically increasing blood circulation, sending fresh, oxygenated blood through organs and muscles. Every class follows the same sequence of postures performed in a heated room (40º Celsius). Each posture is a preparation for the next.

Because you practice the same sequence every class, you quickly notice your progress. Your body is different every day (physically and mentally) and you notice this right away in your yoga practice. The heat helps you gain flexibility, reduces the risk of injuries and helps flush toxins from the body.

Physically, Bikram yoga is the perfect combination of strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. In addition to the physical benefits, Bikram yoga also brings peace of mind. It boosts your self-confidence, self-control, determination, patience and concentration.

Yin Yang Yoga

all levels • 60 minutes

This class will focus on the Yin style of long held passive poses that open and target connective tissues, specifically ligaments and tendons in the joints and spine. It restores the vital chi energy to flow through the subtle channels creating a more contemplative non reactive quality of the mind. Combined with the more active dynamic Yang style of Vinyasa this will stimulate the yang energy that is more flowing in the upper body. In the end of all energy is more flowing giving a peaceful mind, happiness and joy in your body!

Yoga Nidra

All levels• 60 minutes

This meditation is a practice of conscious relaxation designed to release held tension in our body and mind. The practice of yoga nidra guides students into a state of deep relaxation, by progressively relaxing and releasing tension from each part of the body. This helps us to feel more open inside and is a great way to reverse the impact of stress.

Kundalini Yoga

all levels • 75 minutes

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning "truth is my identity." The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Hatha Yoga

all levels • 90 minutes

In Hatha Yoga classes the emphasis lies on strengthening and loosening up the body and increasing concentration to stable, regular breathing. With Hatha Yoga practice your body will feel open en strong, your breathing flowing and your mind calm and quiet – ready for sitting meditation. The postures in the sequence will be different every class.

Slow Flow

all levels • 60 minutes

Slow Flow is Vinyasa yoga that moves in a slow pace to unwind and reconnect. It will give you time to arrive in your body and to gently focus on the connection of movement and breath. The class will be given in a heated room (30º Celsius) and each class will have a different sequence, depending on the day energy.

Hot A Yoga

All levels• 60 minutes

Hot A Yoga is a short version of the Absolute Hot Yoga Sequence of 26 classic hatha yoga postures. In 60 minutes you work every cell in the body, systematically increasing blood circulation, sending fresh, oxygenated blood through organs and muscles. Every class follows the same sequence of postures performed in a heated room (38º Celsius).

Critical Alignment

all levels • 75 minutes

The primary goal of Critical Alignment Yoga is to mobilize and align the spinal column, restoring crucial mobility, balance and spaciousness to the rest of the body while freeing emotions and introducing a lighter, more meditative consciousness into daily life.

Over time, we all become increasingly crooked, as residual tensions slowly push and pull heads, necks and backs out of alignment. We take these tensions with us to work, and they are there when we socialize, sleep, or exercise. Our back and neck accompany us everywhere and their unconscious patterns of holding ensure that we continuously operate in a state of tension, regardless of what we may be doing. Even when we are doing yoga.

We use different tools to help restore strength and mobility in the spine. Through breath and awareness we reconnect mind and body.
