Workshop Trauma Release Yoga

This workshop is a combination of different relaxation techniques to find your inner peace and balance. We will start with Restorative Yoga to relax the body, followed by Trauma Release Yoga to release stress, chronic tension and trauma. Program

TRAUMA RELEASE YOGA

With different exercises we activate an ancient release mechanism in the body and chronic muscle tension. People who experience stress in their body on the long term will have tension due to a high concentration of stress hormones in the muscles. It is difficult to break this circle of stress and pain. Tension Release Yoga releases quickly and definitive, it is a form of self healing so your can apply it when and where you want.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

is a yoga style which promotes deep relaxation, in the yoga postures you are supported fully by props. The focus is to experience a yoga posture without any effort, not about stretching and building muscles and connective tissue. This soft form of yoga can help you restore to enable the (re)trust your body.

YOGA NIDRA

yoga nidra is a yoga style where you lie down on your back, you will be guided in a meditation to find your own place of silence withi yourself. Lying down, listening and feeling is all you ‘do’. You are going from an awakened state in the guided meditation into a deep dreamstate while being awake.
